• Oversee and optimize fleet operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including shipowners, charterers, and port authorities, to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime logistics, with a focus on fleet operations.
• Proven track record of leading and managing operations teams in the maritime industry.

• Proficiency in using logistics management software such as SAP, Navis, or similar.
