📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage corporate governance, compliance, and risk management processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, or risk management.
• Professional certification in corporate governance, compliance, or a related field (e.g., CPA, CIA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
