As a Nurse Assistant, Staff Nurse, or Caregiver, you’ll be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality, compassionate care in our premium elderly care facility in Canggu. In this role, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care plans, administer medications, and monitor the health of our residents. You will also assist in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, ensuring that each resident receives the attention and care they deserve. Our centre utilizes the latest in elderly care technology, including electronic health records and medication management systems, to ensure that our care is both efficient and effective.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to elderly residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Assist in the administration of medications and monitor residents' health, documenting all activities in the electronic health records system.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, working closely with registered nurses and healthcare professionals.
- Assist in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, ensuring residents' comfort and dignity.
- Collaborate with the care team to promote a safe and nurturing environment, and assist in emergency response protocols.
- Utilize our electronic health records and medication management systems to ensure accurate and efficient care delivery.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in elderly care.
- Promote a positive and respectful work environment, fostering strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in elderly care, nursing, or a related field.
- Certification as a Nurse Assistant or Staff Nurse, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with elderly residents and their families.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and medication management systems.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid work permit for Indonesia.
