HR Executive - Employee Relations & Compliance Specialist

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of employee relations, handling everything from onboarding to offboarding, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws. You'll work closely with our HR Information System (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records and ensure all processes are up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, mediating disputes to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors).
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and compliance.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
