📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the music school, including scheduling classes, managing student enrollments, and coordinating with instructors.
• Manage a team of music instructors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality teaching standards.
• Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing new music education programs and initiatives.
• Monitor and manage the school's budget, ensuring financial health and compliance with company policies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless student experiences and continuous improvement.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new students and grow the school's reputation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in music education to drive innovation and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in music education, preferably in a leadership or management role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for budget management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, instructors, and parents.
• Familiarity with music education software and tools, such as Sibelius or Finale, is a plus.
• Knowledge of Bali's music education landscape and local market trends.
