📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the company's fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods.
• Work with vendors to negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring cost-effective and efficient logistics solutions.
• Monitor and optimize routes to ensure timely delivery of goods and minimize operational costs.
• Oversee the daily logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports on fleet performance, logistics operations, and any issues that may impact operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management and logistics operations.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Fleetio, Geotab, or similar.
• Strong understanding of logistics principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with drivers, vendors, and customers.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
