In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, analyzing tax laws and regulations, and providing guidance to clients on tax planning strategies. You will also be involved in training and mentoring junior tax analysts, ensuring they develop the skills needed to excel in their roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and review tax returns using SAP and Oracle Tax software.
• Analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax savings.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on tax planning strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax analysts, ensuring they meet performance targets and maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of tax strategies into overall business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations through continuous learning and professional development.
• Ensure all tax-related documentation is accurate, complete, and filed on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax analysis and compliance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Tax Professional (CTP) certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and Oracle Tax software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
