📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and chef's specifications.,Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes by following recipes and standards.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques.,Prepare and maintain food and beverage inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
