📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mining site, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support.
  • Implement best practices and technologies to optimize our mining operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the overall success of the company.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the mining industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mining equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing projects and teams.
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
