📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and security.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to ensure they are motivated and productive.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, service providers, and other stakeholders.,Participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives and programs to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.,Attend and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the self-storage industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the self-storage industry, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local market and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on key performance indicators.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
