📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of improving sales and operational efficiency.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
