📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and according to quality standards.,Manage production schedules, ensuring that production targets are met on time.,Conduct quality control checks to ensure that products meet the required standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for raw materials as needed.,Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.,Maintain accurate records of production data, including production schedules, quality control reports, and inventory levels.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures in the production area.,Provide training and support to new team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in production operations or a similar role.,Experience in managing production schedules, quality control, and inventory management.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from the workplace.
