Sehati Intan Sate is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes, and leading our culinary team. This is a remote position, but you will be required to be based in Nusa Dua.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to meet customer demands and trends.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure the kitchen is stocked with the necessary ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records of food handling and storage.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies for the restaurant.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to promote efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and ensuring high-quality food production.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international culinary trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
