📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain procurement strategies to ensure the company has the necessary materials and resources.,Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and negotiate better terms.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes and timely delivery of materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and regulations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
