📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure compliance with all national and regional mining regulations and laws.
• Facilitate and process mining permit applications, including environmental impact assessments and social impact assessments.
• Oversee the entire licensing process, from application to approval, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with government agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders to address regulatory requirements and concerns.
• Provide guidance and support to mining teams on regulatory matters and licensing procedures.
• Monitor and report on the status of mining permits and licenses, identifying any potential issues or risks.
• Stay updated on changes in mining regulations and laws, and ensure that the company's practices are aligned with these updates.
• Represent the company in regulatory meetings and hearings, advocating for the company's interests and ensuring compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining licensing, regulatory compliance, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and laws, including the Mining Law of the Republic of Indonesia (UU No. 4 of 2009).
• Excellent knowledge of environmental and social impact assessment processes.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with GIS software and other relevant mining software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with government agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
