📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in conducting employee training and development programs.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
