📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Preserve and maintain the integrity of government records and historical documents
- Catalog and organize archival materials using established archival standards and practices
- Ensure the safe storage and security of archival materials
- Digitize and make historical documents accessible to researchers and the public
- Conduct regular inventory and appraisal of archival materials
- Assist in the development and implementation of archival policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to archival staff and users
- Collaborate with other government agencies and institutions to ensure the preservation of critical records
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science, Archives Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in archival work
- Proficiency in using archival management software such as ArchivesSpace, PastPerfect, or similar
- Strong knowledge of archival standards and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian history and cultural heritage is a plus
