Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned area,Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and project milestones,Managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their performance,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and market trends,Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Representing the company at industry events and meetings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the IT or technology sector,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
