📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate the branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and set achievable targets for the team.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular staff training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.,Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance to the head office.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Good understanding of marketing principles and customer service standards.,Familiarity with local market trends and competition.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
