📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure effective team collaboration.
• Coach and mentor developers, testers, and other team members on Agile practices and Scrum methodologies.
• Remove impediments and resolve blockers to keep projects on track.
• Track and report on project progress, risks, and key performance indicators using Jira and Confluence.
• Continuously improve Agile processes and tools to enhance team efficiency.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align Agile practices with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest Agile trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance on Agile metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficient in using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a remote work setting is a strong advantage.
