📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day operations of the branch.,Oversee the performance of branch staff and ensure they are meeting their targets.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.,Ensure the branch is well-stocked and meets customer needs.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role at New Direct Corporindo is a plus.
