📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and relay guest orders accurately and promptly to the kitchen staff.,Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.,Address guest complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events and special occasions.,Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the food service industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods of time.
