📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.,Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.,Monitor and record residents' vital signs and health status.,Administer medications as prescribed by the medical team.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans for residents.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for residents by maintaining a clean and organized living space.,Educate residents and their families about their health conditions and care plans.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English, with basic knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with elderly care is a plus.
