Develop and implement leadership and talent development programs to support the growth and success of our healthcare team.,Identify and address leadership and talent development needs through data-driven insights and strategic planning.,Design and deliver training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for our leadership and talent development initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our leadership and talent development programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in leadership and talent development to ensure our programs remain relevant and impactful.,Collaborate with senior management to align leadership and talent development strategies with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership and talent development, with a strong track record of success in a healthcare sector.,Proven experience in developing and implementing leadership and talent development programs.,Strong understanding of HR best practices and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
