📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial and accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Lead the financial planning and analysis processes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.,Manage the accounting department, including recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.,Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.,Collaborate with external auditors and consultants to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments to ensure they are operating within budget and financial constraints.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and local accounting standards.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
