In this role, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to identify training needs, develop and implement tailored development programs, and measure the impact of these initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement management development programs tailored to the needs of the construction team.
• Identify training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of project managers and engineers.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of development initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to create personalized development plans.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to support the growth of our team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in management development and construction.
• Report on the progress and impact of management development initiatives to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures related to training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management development or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore or PlanGrid.
• Certification in management development or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
