Salon Dian Health Center is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to help us make informed business decisions. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that will drive our business forward.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex data sets to identify trends and insights.,Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and processes to improve data accuracy and efficiency.,Create and deliver data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.,Provide training and mentorship to junior data analysts and other team members.,Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or healthcare setting.,Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with healthcare data and regulations is a plus.
