📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients.,Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the industry.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service innovation and improvement.,Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.,Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
