You will ensure that all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule, and that drivers are properly trained and supervised.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles,Ensure that all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule,Train and supervise drivers,Oversee the safe and efficient operation of vehicles,Monitor fuel usage and maintain accurate records,Coordinate with vendors for vehicle maintenance and repairs,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Proven ability to manage and coordinate a team,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures🛠️ Keahlian
