Warung Elsa Tea is seeking a dedicated Deputy HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department in managing employee relations, recruitment, and other HR functions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews, reviewing resumes, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances, conducting exit interviews, and facilitating team-building activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Support the HR department in managing employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR-related events, such as training sessions, workshops, and team outings.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR-related role, preferably in a fast-paced or service-oriented industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.,Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR, is a plus.
