📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee the stock levels and ensure that the store is well-stocked at all times.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.,Prepare and maintain accurate sales and inventory reports.,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,High school diploma or equivalent.
